As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to evolve and as we keep a close eye on all government updates, we want to assure you that we, at Evolution ABS, are fully committed to safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients, whilst maintaining our high standard of service.

We are all aware of the impact of Covid-19 and we wish to play our part in reducing the risks to all. We will continue to be available to help our clients when they need us, whilst protecting the health and welfare of both our clients and our staff.

In line with the recent government updates, the office is now closed, and we have enabled all staff to work from home. The telephones will be manned by our fantastic admin team. Our core working hours are 9am to 3pm, any calls made after 3pm will be picked up by our answering machine and dealt with on the following day. Correspondence during this period will be delivered via our Portal, email or telephone and meetings will be held online.

To reassure you of our commitment to our staff and clients, here are just some of the steps that we have in place:

• video conferencing for team and client meetings, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, will be used until further notice
• A remote technology working system which enables staff to work from home and access everything they need
• our phone infrastructure allows for calls to be transferred to staff who are working offsite, at home or on mobiles
• the senior management team meet regularly to discuss the changing situation, and our ongoing response

We are also committed to keeping up to date with the additional support and help that the government is providing, for both our staff and our clients. We will regularly update our website with any new and relevant guidance.

These are, of course, challenging times for many, so please rest assured that our team are working extremely hard on your behalf, and remain on hand to help in any way that we can.
