Our team is firmly rooted in the farming community with many of the team having been brought up on local family farms. This, combined with our technical accounting and tax skills, allows us to deliver a quality specialist service to our rural client base across all agricultural sectors, regardless of size.

As a business we prepare accounts and Income Tax Returns, while our tax specialists focus on advising our clients on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax matters, often as part of succession planning projects.

At Evolution we firmly believe in shaping each individuals’ role around their natural strengths and their passions. We therefore work with new recruits to draw up job roles and routes for progression that are specific to the individual, driven by them and their aspirations. As we are committed to helping each individual to fulfil their ambitions, we provide opportunities and support recruits in progressing to where they want to be, from supporting both school leavers through their AAT studies and graduates through their studies, to developing senior accountants as they look to further enhance their client service offering and be part of Evolution’s leadership team.
